This is in response to your letter dated 13 August, 2020 about securing membership in the Sports Club in Paschim Vihar Complex. The terms and conditions of membership are as follows:

To become a member, a person has to be atleast 15 years old, should be very active in organising different events of the club and must be participating in minimum three sports. The entry fee is ₹5000/- and the membership fee is ₹3000/- per year. On being member, you are eligible for free gym daily for 30 mins and sauna bath once in a month. There is a discount of 5% for students. The following documents are needed for securing membership-- age proof, residence proof and last receit of maintenance chaarge.

If you meet the above conditions, then apply stating details. Membership will be confirmed through lottery. For more details, please contact the undersigned.

It helps us to remember and jot down the important points of large chunks of information. MARKING SCHEME-- Total marks alloted- 8 Note-Making- 5 (Title-1, Indentation-1, Content-2, Abbrv-1) Summary Writing- 3 (Content-2, Expression-1)     Format Of Note Making 1.      Title of the passage for note making should be written on the top in capital letter in the middle. 2.      The note should be divided into various headings(atleast 3). Headings can be either a statement or a question. It can also be written in complete sentence or phrases. Numbering should be done in Hindu-Arabic form such as 1.,2.,3. ..... 3.      Each heading must contain two-three Points. Points are never written in complete sentence.
